NOTICE That Mr. Gautam Kumar Dutta and Mr. Ashim Kumar Dutta owners of premises No. 9 and 9/1/2A, Shambhu Babu Lane, Kolkata- 700014 inspite of being bound with the subsisting agreement dated 04.05.1994 with M/s. Ashyana Construction Co. and also litigation being Title Suit No. 351 of 2008 pending before the Ld. 2nd Court Judge Junior Division, Sealdah, has unlawfully, illegally and without cancelling the agreement with Ashyana Construction Co. has allegedly with fraudulent intention entered into an unregistered development agreement dated 17.08.2007 with M/s. Merlin Projects Ltd. and that to mislead and defraud the public has in the agreement made false representation of cancellation of agreement with Ashyana Construction Co.Though we have no legal obligation to publish this general notice, but in the prevailing circumstances the general public is hereby requested to take note of this notice and enter into any agreement with Duttas & M/s. Merlin Projects Ltd. with open eyes and mind and also that M/s.
